The speed limit on our roads were reduced to 25mph to reduce maintenance for wear and washboarding. Replacement signs were installed on Big Elk and intersecting roads up to the RR tracks. All remaining signs will be replaced overtime in 2024/25
Yes, to cover the increased cost for road maintenance and safety Enhancements. Dues were increased 15% over 2022. Your annual assessment is based on lot size.
Security cams were installed at Big Elk and the North gate to capture vehicles entering/exiting the ranch. We’ve had reports of property theft and malicious damage at our community mailboxes and are looking at options to aid law enforcement.
Our annual meetings are generally held in August each year. An email, this website and a postcard will be sent out at least one month before the 2026 meeting with the date/time and location.
Project B are the 10 acre lots as you enter Big Elk to the RR Tracks. These lots have power at the street. Project A is 36-40 acre sites up Latigo north and the tracks west. No power at these lots.
