The 2027 Assessments are Pending.

Search by street address or last-name. Recommend searching by last-name if you own more than one property.

Assessments are based on maintenance costs for common and our Phase 1 roads, capital projects if any, and recurring scheduled maintenance plus admin costs. They will be calculated and assessed per acre owned per each lot by project and the street address. 

Starting in 2027 owners will be able to pay assessments using Zelle.   To initiate a payment set up a recipient using the following information.  Double check the information to send a payment making sure it is entered correctly.

When paying assessments using Zelle in the memo section enter the properties APN (503-XX-XXX) which can be found on the mailed statement.

and HMR street address to ensure proper credit To your account.  You can pay for multiple parcels in one transaction as long as you enter the APN and HMR street address for each.
