For the 36+ acre properties, they’ve been recalculated at for those over 36 acres to comply with our CC&Rs.  As a result 37-40 properties will see a slight increase.  The assessment presented does not include late fees or any past due amounts.

Search by street address or last-name. Recommend searching by last-name if you own more than one property.
